Otomatik Teker Takozu Kademeli

The automatic wheel chock system, consisting of three phases, is designed to prevent cargo vehicles from leaving the ramp due to the misconception that the operation is finished or the lack of necessary safety precautions during the loading and unloading operations of vehicles, as well as to prevent the cargo vehicle from approaching the ramp by detecting living beings at risk in the dangerous area in front of the cargo ramp.

1.SYSTEM

This system utilizes an artificial intelligence camera system to process captured images and detects when a vehicle approaches the ramp. It activates five out of six modules designed to prevent the vehicle's movement using pneumatic power, ensuring that the vehicle remains at the loading ramp and cannot depart while the operation is ongoing. As long as the operation is in progress, the vehicle stays stationary at the loading ramp and cannot move. However, when the operation concludes, the operator responsible for loading can press a button that allows the vehicle to leave the ramp in a controlled manner.

Additionally, when a driver reverses the vehicle with a trailer attached to the loading ramp, they may have a blind spot right behind the vehicle. This area poses a risk of trapping if any living being is present between the ramp and the vehicle's trailer. The designed system addresses this issue by activating the furthest chock, referred to as the "reception chock," in the designated hazardous area if any living being is detected. This prevents the vehicle from approaching the loading ramp. The system not only detects moving objects but also recognizes stationary individuals. Thus, it prevents the vehicle from approaching an immobile person in front of the ramp, even if they have collapsed

2.INTEGRATION

The automatic wheel chock system will be integrated with automatic doors and the loading ramp. When a vehicle approaches the loading ramp, the automatic wheel chock system will prevent the automatic door from opening and the loading ramp from becoming active until it is locked by the system.

3.REPORTING

The artificial intelligence system will generate warnings when it detects that employees within its field of view are not wearing the specified personal protective equipment. It will then send an image of the violation to the designated users via email through the system.
